After earning his degree in Architecture from the University of Oregon and working in retail shopping center development, Josh Borris founded Core Development Group to follow his passion for designing and building custom homes. His mission was to create a boutique firm that seamlessly integrates all facets of the design and build process, while providing transparency and clarity to the homeowner.
